This set contains everything you need for a professional application:

1. Graphene Coating Xtreme (30ml): Sufficient for one vehicle.

2. 1x Professional Applicator Block: For ergonomic and even distribution.

3. 10x Applicator Cloths (10x10cm): Ultra-fine suede cloths for perfect, waste-free application.

4. 25-roll Edgeless Microfiber Cloths (Grey, 200 GSM): High-quality, edgeless cloths on a roll for residue-free buffing. The edgeless design prevents micro-scratches during the process.

Application Note

Graphene Coating Xtreme is a high-performance product with a strong odor and requires careful processing. We recommend application in well-ventilated areas. Thanks to Borophene infusion, it offers flexibility (Mandrel Bend 0% at 180°), effectively preventing cracking in the coating.

IMPORTANT: Application should take place in a closed garage at temperatures between 15°C and 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity during application and the initial curing phase.

STEP 1: Preparation (Crucial for durability)

A coating can only adhere as well as the surface is clean.

1. Thorough Wash: Thoroughly clean the vehicle (two-bucket method) and dry it completely.

2. Decontamination: We recommend using a clay bar to remove industrial fallout and tar.

3. Polishing: For maximum results, the paint should be polished to remove scratches and oxidation.

4. Degreasing: Wipe all surfaces with an isopropanol cleaner (panel wipe) to remove any remaining polish oils or wax residues. The paint must be absolutely grease-free.

STEP 2: Application

1. Preparation: Tightly wrap one of the 10x10cm suede cloths around the applicator block.

2. Dosage: Shake the graphene bottle well. Apply approx. 5-8 drops of the coating to the cloth.

3. Application (Cross-hatch): Apply the product in sections (approx. 40x40 cm). Work first in vertical, then in horizontal passes (cross-hatch) to ensure seamless coverage.

4. Waiting Time (Flash-off): Look for "sweating" (small bead formation) or a slight rainbow effect on the paint. This usually takes 1 to 3 minutes depending on the temperature.

STEP 3: Buffing

1. First Removal: Take a fresh edgeless microfiber cloth from the roll and wipe over the surface without high pressure to remove excess material.

2. Finish: Use a second, clean cloth from the roll to polish the surface to a high gloss. Check the result with a light source (inspection lamp or flashlight) for streaks (high spots).

3. Layering: If a second layer is desired, it can be applied after approx. 40 minutes.

STEP 4: Curing (Aftercare)

• Waiting Time: The vehicle must remain stationary for at least 5 hours after application (dust-dry).

• Water Contact: The car must not get wet (rain/dew) during the first 3 days, as the coating develops its full chemical resistance during this time.

• First Wash: Perform the first vehicle wash no earlier than 7 days later.

Pro Tips for 21CARS® Customers:

• Cloth Change: Change the microfiber cloth regularly (after approx. 2 body panels). Graphene hardens in the cloth and could otherwise cause micro-scratches.

• Protection: Always wear nitrile gloves during application and ensure good ventilation.

• Rims & Plastic: The coating can also be applied to rims and unpainted plastics to protect them from brake dust and fading.

Note: Once opened, bottles should be used within 6 months. Close the bottle tightly immediately after use.
