Refund policy

Unopened Returns

- Possible within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Returns will be processed within 4-5 business days.
- A full refund will be issued for the entire purchase amount minus $5 for purchases up to $90, and for purchases over $90, we will charge a $15 return processing fee.
- In case of a purchase cancellation by credit card/PayPal, we unfortunately have to charge a 3% chargeback fee.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid independently.

Opened Returns

- Possible within 30 days of receiving the product as long as there are no signs of use.
- Returns will be processed within 4-5 business days.
- A full refund will be issued for the entire purchase amount minus $10 for purchases up to $90, and for purchases over $90, we will charge a $20 return processing fee.
- In case of a purchase cancellation by credit card/PayPal, we unfortunately have to charge a 3% chargeback fee.

Right of Withdrawal for Delivery of Non-Customized Goods
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period will expire after thirty days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Address
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Partox Swiss GmbH, Attn: 21CARS, Stieracker 20, 5070 Frick, Switzerland) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Compliance with the Deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Right of Retention
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
