You can also pay for your order in our online shop by purchase on account. For you, this means that you never have to enter your account details and only pay when you have received the goods. Billing management is the responsibility of our payment service provider MF Group. You will receive an email with the invoice from Powerpay (MF Group) within 1-3 days after placing your order. You should pay this within 14 days. Otherwise there will be charges and the invoice will be sent to you by post for CHF 2.90.
Please note that for data protection reasons we do not have access to MF Group's payment transactions. Therefore, if you have any questions about your invoice, please contact MF Group only.

PostFinance Card
You can conveniently pay for the goods with your PostFinance Card.
PostFinance E-Finance
You can pay for the goods with your PostFinance e-finance account convenient pay.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Payment by credit card is free of charge and is processed via a secure SSL connection. All you have to do is provide your card number, the cardholder, the card verification number (CVV) and the expiry date of the card.
The invoice amount will be charged to your credit card account upon invoicing.
You can also pay easily via your PayPal account.
Money transfers with PayPal are secure (SSL encrypted) and of course free of charge. PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. & Cie. S.C.A - a real-time payment solution for which you need a PayPal account where you can store your bank or credit card details so that they don't have to be re-entered every time you make a purchase.

Shipping Information
Depending on what you selected at check-out , delivery takes 1 (up to max. 2 days) for priority or 2-4 days for standard shipping (economy). Parcels from our external warehouse are excluded. This is declared in the check-out.
All our products are shipped with Swiss Post. Excluded are some products from our external warehouse in Germany. These come by courier service.
Unfortunately, it can always happen that something breaks during transport. We will compensate this immediately and deliver you a new product. Please contact us if this is the case.
Tracking is not available for smaller products shipped in a padded envelope. For all others, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail with the Swiss Post number
Returns and Damage
Please report any damage immediately. We replace the goods free of charge and send you a new product.

our license plate holders have a DTC certificate and are therefore approved for use on public roads. If you have any questions, write to us using the contact form.
All other products either have a valid CE certification. The CE marking guarantees that the marked products can be traded in the EU (or the EEA) without restrictions and guarantees the consumer within this area uniform protection in health, safety and environmental matters.

Yes, the license plate holders are not subject to registration and are set compliant. However, the customer is responsible for ensuring that their number plates are correctly placed and mounted. For this purpose, the rule according to the VTS (Ordinance on the Technical Requirements for Road Vehicles) must be observed. The license plates should be mounted in such a way that they do not pose a risk of injury. This means that the edges of the signs on the bumper do not protrude. Otherwise, this can be objected to by the road traffic office.
